YES WE ARE is a genre-blending band creating songs that embrace the full spectrum of the human experience. Fronted by vocalist Dylan Bode and multi-instrumentalist Reed Knutsen, their lead singles Daisy and Arrow were met with positive feedback and have helped garner momentum as they launch their debut EP, Into This Garden.

YES WE ARE is a genre-blending band creating songs that embrace the full spectrum of the human experience. The band is fronted by vocalist Dylan Bode and multi-instrumentalist Reed Knutsen, who work hand in hand to write and compose the music and lyrics.
The music they create channels different perspectives and emotions, acknowledging all that we are as individuals – yes we are kind, yes we are mean, yes we are happy, yes we are sad, we can be helpful, and we can also hurt each other.
Their debut EP, Into This Garden, is set to release November 14, 2025. It’s an initial statement from the band that their music creates a place where everybody is welcome. The album uses the metaphors of garden themes to take the listener along a path of important personal moments to reach a place of belonging.

šŖ“ Our debut EP, Into This Garden, is a deeply personal project that explores the journey from loneliness to belonging.
We collaborated with a number of talented studio artists to bring our vision to life, working carefully with each artist to have them contribute what was important to them. Connection and identity is the heart of what this project is ultimately about: belonging.
The EP, like a garden, has a variety of offerings. Instead of flowers, we have different sounds and stories. The EP takes you through the path from loneliness to belonging, all while listening to individual stories of connection (or disconnection). Each track offers something unique, yet together they create something whole: a garden where everyone is welcome.

š¹ āArrowā was written for everyone who has doubted themselves and needed to let go of self-negativity; almost as if to shoot it all into the sky.
We assembled a great band for this song including brilliant vocalists. Thereās a lot of great talent on this track, which helps it to soar. This is the kind of song you play when you need a reminder that your life, despite being messy, loud, brilliant, is worth stepping into.

š¼ āDaisyā is, at its heart, a song about respect; the kind that runs deeper than tolerance or acceptance. We wrote this song to truly honor someone for who they are and letting them know, in both words and presence, I see you. I hear you. You matter.
When someone tells you who they are, believing them is an act of love.
This song came from a place of wanting to give that back to someone; to reflect their light, to lift them up, and to make sure they feel safe and celebrated.
We made Daisy for anyone whoās ever needed to be called by the right name, spoken to with care, or simply reminded that they deserve respect.
